New Scripturizer Development Server Hosted by Google Projects August 31, 2006

This evening I launched a free Google Projects site to host development of the Scripturizer project. Google’s array of development tools will enable us to manage bug tracking and versioning in a collaborative environment.
So, calling all devs . . . if you like what we are doing, join the fun! Let me know you’d like to be added to the developers site.
Cool little plug-in. I would love to integrate it with my project bibleicio.us “a bible + delicious tagging mashup” .
This is my idea. Your plug-in automatically creates a link to bibleicous. This has some extra tags such as author and optional catagories (tags). When someone follows the link, bibleicious would check the referer and create a backlink tag to the post for others to view from my site or via delicious feed.
Anyway, I just enjoy seeing other devs trying to leverage all this new media for the church. I know my way around web development, but have yet to touch word press. Still I like what you have done with your scripture reference regular expression parsing, there is an area that could use some general purpose functions. Swing by my blog and let me know what you think.
